This box features a river-design veneer inlay on the lid and a hidden sliding drawer built into the side. It has walnut splines and is finished with coconut oil to bring out the grain in the wood.

This piece is composed of a poplar base with the baseball field veneered, pieced together like a basketball court. The small strips resemble the lines of lawnmower marks. The field has the exact dimensions of Yankee Stadium, as home to right is 314 cm, and home to center is 408 cm.

The first furniture piece I designed was an industrial-style key table. I chose wood with strong contrast along with beautiful grain patterns and knots. The table is clearly over-engineered, featuring two bolted cross braces that reinforce the legs and give the piece a rugged look.
Baseball bat spoon

This bat was for a project called Not a Spoon, where we had to create a spoon out of a random object. The only guidelines were that it needed to be hand-carved and function as a spoon. The bat is hand-carved and finished with coconut oil.
